Phase IV is the latest addition to Seis Lagos.   It is a 54 acre section containing 79 homesites.  It is anticipated  Homes will range from 3000 to 5000 sq. ft. and appraise from $375,000 to $700,000.  The lot sizes vary from 1/2 acre to over 1 acre and sell for $70,000 to $125,000.  Some Lots are wooded, some have lake views, all Lots are on Concrete Streets, in a secured neighborhood and have the City services of Clean Water and a Sewer System.
