A new 7600 sq ft clubhouse is currently under construction.  Started in Jan 08 it is anticipated to be complete by July 08.  This facility will host a large Community Hall with Theater and meeting facilities. A Commercial Gd. Kitchen, Exercise Room, Card Room and Game Room.  The rear of the building will have a 1200 sq ft Covered Porch.   A 1200 sq ft Balcony with elevator access will overlook the Community Pool area and Lake Lavon.  The communities office facilities will be relocated in this building also to free up the Cabana Building (1000 sq. ft.).
